The simple answer is no. You don't need previous care giver experience to become a Right at Home carer. However, you do need to have a caring personality and a desire to help people. Care isn't a skill you can learn. You have it inside of you.

As a minimum, our care visits are an hour long. Our customers are private clients and they pay for outstanding care in their home. This can't be done in 15 or 30 minutes.

Yes, in order to become a Right at Home care giver you will need a full UK driving license. You also will need to have business insurance on your vehicle and be 18 years or older.
